Poor delivery and customer service

I have been expecting a delivery sent on the 12th of December. It’s been scheduled for delivery since the 14th. I have spent the whole day on the phone with multiple customer service people who say it will arrive by 6pm. When I call again apparently the driver sends through a report to say no answer despite being at home 2 days in a row. No-one call tell me when my package will be delivered.
