poor customer service deliver

Good morning, I am not one to complain in a hurry, but I am extremely annoyed and disappointed in the service delivery received from dawnwing.

i have tried to call dawnwing a few times now to no avail. my parcel was scheudled for delivery two times, and both got cancelled, but yet no one contacted me, i cancelled my plans and waited two days for them.
