POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Poor customer service and they don't want to take ownership of their mess. I ordered shoes online from Footgear and Dawn Wing is the delivery company. On Friday 06/12/2019 the driver came to deliver my package however he was in such a hurry to leave that he only left 1 of my packages. From Friday I'm going back and forth with these 2 companies as they keep blaming each other for the mess up. Dawn Wing Durban has the most arrogant staff, they kept transferring me and keeping me hold. I spoke to a manager named Ravi who said they had a capturing error and he advised that I need to speak to the floor manager Naveen, spoke to that gentleman who advised me that Footgear only sent 1 package and asked me to call them despite me telling him that I spoke to Footgear and they said that Dawn Wing has messed up. Never will I ever deal with any of these companies again. Till now none of these companies called to keep me updated so now this means i must call them to follow wasting my time because they are just to irresponsible.
