Poor customer service

I am awaiting a package to be delivered from Dawn Wing. I call the line and get no answer and the times I do get an answer I wait on the line for 5min and the line dies.

Online tracking says Dawn Wing will contact me yet no calls nothing I can't seem to get a hold of anyone for a few days it has just been saying the package is on the way.
