Poor customer service

I'm waiting for my package from Dawn Wing. On Thursday the driver came to deliver without prior notification. I missed the call and driver sent an sms at 9:37am that he was outside. 9:38 I went to the gate and he was gone. I phoned the call center to ask the driver to come back within minutes . I was told they will contact him. No feedback given. On Friday during my morning walks, I came across their van and asked them about my package. The driver said they left it at the depot. They promised to deliver it on Saturday. Until today I haven't received my package.
