Poor Customer service

My parcel was sent from Johannesburg to Cape town two weeks ago and we paid for an overnight delivery. However it has been two weeks and the parcel hasn't been delivered. I am so frustrated because the parcel was needed urgently. I have tried calling them with my own airtime but to no avail they keep on making excuses.
