Poor customer care service

Poor service. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today but surprisingly I'm told that it can't be delivered due address error. But my invoice has my clear addresses and even names, and they don't even call you, instead they just send an sms and when you call them their lines are so bad and the calls keeps getting dropped and they don't bother even calling you back. Very disgusting service ever received from a courier service provider before.
