Poor courier company

I have been waiting for an urgent parcel for some time!! I have TRIED to phone them, but either the call was dropped, or I just had to listen to a voice recording for more than 10 min. each time!! I have send several emails as well with no response. According to the tracking app, this parcel was scanned into a cage several times, but no delivery took place. If they just communicated, I would try and understand! So, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE USE OF DAWN WING if you want your parcels to be delivered on time or even at all!!
