Poor attitude on delivery

I ordered a fridge for my mother from dion wired. It was delivered today by Dawn wing couriers. Upon arrival they asked for a signature and then tried to get the box through the front door. My mother then suggested they use the sliding door on the side of the house to which she was told that it is a rather large item and they don't really care, all they are responsible for is getting the document signed and getting the item in the yard.<br> <br> She then asked if they could perhaps assist by taking it 9ut the box to get it through the front door. They then said that that is not part of their job, left the fridge on the front porch and left.<br> <br> This to a 58 year old woman that very politely asked for assistance is shocking service in my eyes.
