Picks up and drops the call

Phoned Cape Town, cannot find my ex Time Freight account on their system and tells me to phone Maxine at their JHB office. Phoned yesterday, holding for 13 minutes without being helped, phoned again and was told to phone back today. Phoned 12 times today, either get transferred and then cut off after a while or going straight to the recorded message and get cut off after holding for 8 minutes. Could not speak to anyone to solve my problem.
