<p>I ordered on Spree on Tuesday last week (12-07-16) and I have been waiting for my ordered since then. Today( 20-07-16) I contacted Spree who assured me that my order was going to be delivered today.I contacted Dawn Wing today who in turn told me they couldn't deliver my order because they 1) Didnt have my correct address 2)They did'nt have my contact number-now my question what were they doing since they had gotten my ordre because at no point did any one try to make contact with me to confirm any of those things or even contact spree because I have made numarous orders through Spree and have never had this problem before..I am irritaed to say the least because they are so relaxed they have my parcel that I paid for yet they just decided to keep it with them till Jesusu came back to give them the dtails they needed.To me that is horrible customer service as my parcel has teken more days to deliver that aorginally promised to me.. </p>
