Petrousious Service!!!!!!!!!

I called 8h00 yesterday morning spoke to Lerato at he Pretoria branch, asked if I request delivery today will it be delivered the next day. Lerato assured me if I made payment straight away parcel will be collected before 15h00 and delivered next day before 11h00. So I booked and paid. And today being the next day 13h41 there is no delivery, no communication except for me being pushed from one branch to the next without concrete confirmation accept driver is out. Is this the type of service Dawn Wing delivers? Empty promises and upset customers waiting all day for delivery? This is the first and last time I ever use Dawn Wing. Very Disappointed beyond words.
