Petrol and time wasters

The driver is 1 km away from my delivery address and then change the status on his tracking to wrong address supp****. The driver did not even attempt to contact me. Are the drivers not issued with cell phones? I immediately phoned the call center, who informed me that the case would be escalated but no contact will be made at this time with the driver. What a waste of petrol and company time! No my parcel will be delivered tomorrow...
