Perfectly INCONVENIENT!! Bunch of Fools

Been waiting for my parcel to be delivered/ Located that should have been delivered 2 days ago. It is now Friday evening and after spending over 3 hours on hold to the call center-which alone is impossible to get through to- I still have the same story "your parcel is being located". What kind of answer is that!!! Where is my Parcel? Why is it still being located and why does the story keep changing from it will be delivered today, to tonight, to tomorrow, tomorrow will turn into the next day and the next day! Its not my issue that your warehouses are busy, nor that your phones are broken how do you run a business like this. If a service is paid for then you should deliver on your promises! Your agents don't call back when they say they will (Octavia), hense I must spend hours of my time trying to get through and listening to your lies on your hold line saying business with you is perfectly convenient, it was anything but,Business with you was Perfectly INCONVENIENT-NEVER AGAIN!!! Still waiting for my parcel to be located.....
