Pathetic useless employees

So without even notifying me someone should have delivered a package. My wife stopped at 5:15pm and the Dawn Wing driver was driving very fast in a residential area. He stopped like a maniac and told her he dropped our package at our neighbor (according to him that is Nr. 5) and we are nr. 36. How does that even make sense. He then chased away. I phoned their call center and spoke to a lady who can't even say her own name. I gave my details 4 times and my number etc. By the 5th time about I got irritated with this excuse of a human and lost control over my mouth and she dropped the phone as useless as she is. I phoned back and there's only 1 person that can answer the phone they didn't even answer again. I waited 15min and phoned with a private number. They then claimed to have a trainee who couldn't take down the details correctly (initially it was because of a bad phone noise so not sure which one is true now) so she wanted to confirm everything AGAIN. Useless service from this company for the 2nd time. Why people still use them I have no idea. I didn't even give consent that they can give my package to my neighbor for deliver. Its not even legal and they admitted it. Useless
