Pathetic unreliable and dishonest service

<p>At 08:20am Received a SMS confirming my package was out for delivery yesterday. At 14:31 received another SMS confirming my parcel is 3 minutes away. After 1hr nothing came and had to call them to follow up. They called back two hours later to give some silly excuse about why delivery never took place and that delivery had been rearranged and I will receive it between 9-10am today... I had to once again rearrange my diary to wait for the delivery. Nothing came by 10am as promised. I called at 10:00am to follow up and was told they would call me back. It's 14:35 and nothing. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a courier company. REally pathetic and unreliable service. Your dishonesty is appalling. Seems I am not the only one judging by all the complaints on all your social media platforms. I will be lodging a complaint with the consumer commission as you cannot keep robbing us like this. You do not deserve to be in business. </p>
