Pathetic tracking, delivery and overall service

Appalled by the service The waiting time to get through to a call centre agent. The lack of assistance from call centre agents. The incorrect tracking details. The incorrect capturing of addresses. Waiting on A delivery for days on end, to date the parcel is not delivered, only to get told that should I miss the delivery, I will be charged for rescheduling!
