Pathetic staff manners

Absolutely arrogant PA named Nicoleen in the durban branch, called I to query a parcel delivery, was transferred, then put on hold whilst the staff discussed personal matters and laughed and joked in the back ground leaving me on the line wasting my airtym and time. The staff have no manners and dont know how to treat customers.
