Pathetic Services

I have ordered an item via Groupon on the 03rd February 2016. This item was handed to the company for delivery on the 07th Feb. 2016. A tracker number was issued to me and up till today no response from this company. According to the company rep, they were at my house, but no response or any one at home.<br> <br> How do these people expect of me to sit at home for a week, waiting on them to deliver a parcel. Not even a phone call from them to make arrangements with myself for the final delivery. <br> <br> Today, i have phoned on a number of occasions trying to track this parcel, but with no success. Every time i need to hold on for 20-25 minutes for so called service, which does not exist.<br> <br> this is a useless company to make use off for courier parcels.<br> <br> never in my life i will make use or let some one use this company to courier goods to or from me. <br>
