Pathetic service yet again

I have received 5 SMS'es saying that my parcel could not be delivered due to me not being available. How on earth is that possible if they never bothered to call me? Not a single damn phone call. This is not the first time that Dawn Wing has does this. The last time the driver had a nerve to leave a note on my gate saying that: "Customer never available for delivery". This company is driving me insane and to make it worst, their phone lines are a dudd.

According to their manager, who called me the last time to resolve my query, she advised that they were having a line problem. That was in December... We are in January and they are still having a line problem...

I do not choose to have my goods couriered by this company but it seems like merchants that I purchase from using their pathetic services of this company. I want this resolved today and my parcel in hand by today!
