DPD/ Dawn Wing are the most unreliable and unprofessional courier company in South Africa. Agents provide empty promises and like to use the jargon: ‘I will escalate this…’ What *******! I have decided not to purchase any products online from companies that use this courier service as it’s beyond pathetic!
