Pathetic service throughout

Wish there was a zero . At 12:32 I receive an sms that my parcel is outside, immediately went outside , no driver visible, only to phone the call centre at 12:35 telling me the driver already left. Did he just drive by? Call centre is pathetic and hung up on my call mid call, no parcel no info no happiness!
