Pathetic service :parcel still out for delivery

I had a parcel out for delivery from Loot with Dawn Wing East London branch. I have received smes on the 6/8/19 and 7/8/19.i tried using the link to report that they need to leave it with the neighbors but It did not work. Callind the despatch office on the 8/7/19 they had advised that the parcel is out for delivery and they transferred me to the driver who was quite rude and didn't know whether my parcel was with him and could not account for when it might be delivered. He said my parcel is. Problem parcel and the delivery was there on the 7/8/19 but there were dogs inside my yard. I had informed hi. That I was not called to inform me that they were outside or anything. Upon asking the new driver to just call when he is outside incase the helper doesn't hear him, he abruptly told me about the route he must still drive and doesn't know if my parcel will be delivered.
