Pathetic service from the driver and the Operator I spoke to

The worst service ever, I’ve been glued in the house the whole day waiting for my parcel to be delivered. I get a text msg from the driver saying that he is 1.8 km away at 16h31…later on I receive a call at 16h50…I accidentally dropped the call as I am in a meeting. 2 min later I call Dawn Wing and the lady says the order was cancelled at 16h31…where did they deliver that order at that time…this is such an inconvenience and prohibits the whole idea of using a courier…

Basically I must sit at home the whole day and wait for them. And boom they decide to cancel .
