Pathetic Service from Dawn Wing/DPD Laser

I ordered a package from Sportsmans Warehouse on the 1st of Feb. There was an initial delay on it leaving Cape Town for Durban but I was informed over the phone that it would be delivered on Monday. I phoned on Monday afternoon, and was told that it would be delivered the next day (Tuesday 9 Feb). I then called on Tuesday afternoon and was told that it would definitely be delivered today (10th Feb). I have now called three times today and have once again been told that the package will be delivered tomorrow, which, given my recent interactions with the company, I struggle to believe. There is no direct line at the Durban branch that I can call, all I get is a centralised call centre agent who clearly cannot assist me. This level of service is shocking to say the least.
