Pathetic service from DAWN WING. They have let us down.

On the 9th March Topgear Auto gave Dawn wing an envelope containing documents. This was required Urgently for registration of a Vehicle. When is had not yet arrived in Plettenberg Bay I tried to find put the status and tracked the item to the George branch of Dawn Wing. The site says that I will get my documents on Friday the 26th at 18:30. How can this be? Over a week from Johannesburg to Plettenberg bay?? Other couriers deliver in three days. When I tried to phone for 4 hours this morning and no one answers. I phoned the number *** on the website twice and after speaking to Petunia I was transferred to a "representative" and both times got cut off. I JUST NEED MY DOCUMENTS URGENTLY. Come on Dawn Wing lets see that service that you boast about!!!!! Contact me you have my number on the freight documents. Unhappily yours Dennis Folkey
