Pathetic service from courier and from their customer service

I have to agree with many others that this company delivers the worst service! 2 days in a row I have been notified that my parcel is on it's way to me, today again I received a message that says it will be delivered before 5pm. Dawn Wing think it is a joke to waste people's time and let them make arrangements to take delivery and then they don't pitch. Having a commitment with my son at 5 pm at school I had to cancel because after contacting Dawn Wing they assured me that my parcel will be delivered before 5pm. So I wait until 5 and after 5 and no delivery! You just wasted my time and other commitments Dawn Wing - even after you said that it will be delivered!!! I sincerely hope that your bad service and lack of respect for people's time will result in your company's demise!!! - there are many other courier companies that gives much better service who should take over your pathetic business.
