Pathetic service!

Yesterday I was home the whole day until 2pm.. Then 2.30pm the courier was apparently here...

Today I went nowhere expecting them to come (and at a decent time at that)... It's 6pm and NO PARCEL! Pathetic service.

I called the driver at 3.30pm and asked that I want my parcel by 4.30pm and his response is just 'oh I'm on another route'.... Well clearly I'm not on that route as he's still not here!
