Pathetic service

Dawn wing has had my parcel since 26 May 2020, it is now 11 Jun 2020. They have contacted me 3 times to confirm my delivery address, but has not once delivered it. They do not pick up when you try to call them, they do not respond to emails... When tracking my order today it says its been delivered, but i do not have my order? So who has it?
