Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service from Dawn Wing. Parcel goes out for delivery on Wednesday, driver calls and whatsapps saying he can't find the apartment building. Turns out he is not in the right suburb and just decided to put 9th Avenue in GPS and go to the closest 9th Avenue possible. After sending him location on whatsapp he informs me that it is half an hour from where he is so he will get someone else to drop it off, at night I receive a message saying the parcel was not delivered because I could not pick it up. The next morning I call and explain what happened, they assure me that the driver will deliver to the correct suburb and that it has been escalated as a priority. No parcel is received on Thiursday, I then receive a message on Friday morning saying parcel is our for delivery. I call twice on Friday to make sure they have the correct address and that it will actually be delivered to which they reply yes. Friday night I call back and they inform me it could not get delivered and it can only be put as a priority for Monday.
