Pathetic service Dawn Wing should not be in business

Got a message stating that our product will be delivered the next day. Waited the whole day, no one came. Excuse given that I was not available to collect. Not true. My next door neighbour also waiting for a delivery from them, this did not arrive, same excuse. Complained then told it would be delivered the next day, same result. Phoned this morning and got told that the parcel was lying on the floor in their Isando warehouse and was not even on their delivery schedule, and that I should go there and pick it up! So much for online shopping! Disgusting.
