Pathetic service

I am a SH'ZEN consultant and the products are delivered to us by the useless company Dawn Wing. So yesterday I received an sms stating that my delivery is on its way with a Bongani Xorile. I was at home the entire day. Late afternoon I received another sms stating that my parcel could not be delivered due to me not being available. That was such a shock and a load of bull. This isn't the first time this happened. I live in a Complex environment were a security guard is constantly at the front. I called the guard that was on duty to find out if there was a delivery for me to which he rep****, no deliveries came for the day. How did the Bongani come to the conclusion that I wasn't available? An email was went to Dawn Wing. They apologized but cannot tell me when my parcel will be delivered. Is that acceptable? I want answers Dawn wing. If your driver cannot get the delivery done then thd manager should jump into his car and get the damn stuff delivered.

Yes company doesn't deserve any stars. Service is pathetic
