Pathetic service and feedback

I expected delivery of a parcel on the 27th. I was home all morning and 10:20 am I received an sms to say the parcel could not be delivered due to me not being home. I immediately phoned them and told them that there was no horn and nobody contacted me to say they are outside. The lady said they didn't have my number, but they sent me a message to say I was unavailable! She said they will still deliver the same day. I waited home the whole day and around 1600 I contacted them again. I phoned 4 times and every single time they put me through to a number that just rings or I get hanged up on.

I now wasted a whole day of my life waiting for this pathetic service.
