Pathetic service after promises that delivery would be made

I have been waiting for my order from rhe 8th of December. Once i followed up confirmation was received that my order would be delivered on the 22nd, waited the entire day and nobody showed up. Phoned the Dawn Wing call center and after holding for 20 minutes the "not so friendly" call center agent confirmed that delivery would be done today. I have tried 3 x times now to get through to the call center and after speaking to an agent the call was dropped without any assistance given. Is this seriously the cutomer service that you give? I will never order from Estee Lauder again due to this poor service and my family not getting their Christmas gifts in time.
