Pathetic Service

Pathetic service!!!! Been sitting with my parcel at their depo for over a week and they do not contact me back nor respond to my messages. Phoned them today and they assured me that this customer will be contacted to get an alternative delivery address but just as I thought... customer were not phoned so I assume they will sit with this parcel for another day! THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS COURIER. There is no communication from them whatsoever.
