Pathetic service!!!!

Absolutely pathetic service! We were supposed to receive our package between 1- 5 pm, we waited until 6 pm and finally saw that the driver simply decided that we were 'not home' and returned the package. No phone call, nothing. We waited again today for our parcel and AGAIN the driver decided that we were 'not home'. I'm not sure I will ever get my parcel!!
