Pathetic service

I wish I could give 0.. because that's how pathetic this courier company is.

I've ordered something from Smashbox and never received my package. Whenever I try tracking the package it says failed because of incorrect postal code. Called them three times and they have the correct postal code. I've went to the extent of emailing a photo of my address to confirm and still stuck with the same problem. They suggested the driver may have put in the incorrect address.. surely if a driver does this three times he's got some issue with reading and writing?
