Pathetic service

I live in Barberton. Firstly my package gets dispatched to Rustenburg. I send an e mail. They promise delivery on the 9 November. On 8 November they log a bogus failed delivery. On 9 November I follow up only to find the parcell is still in JHB. It has not moved in 5 days. If this is not poor service I do not know what is.
