Pathetic service

I contacted dawn wing to change my delivery address. It took 5 days to reach them. The email addresses were invalid, the contact center number did not connect and no response via social media. Tracked the delivery, and it says finalised delivered routebil but i did not receive the item. Where did you deliver and whom? You are fully accountable for my entire package and i will hold responsible for a refund if delivered to the wrong hands.
