Pathetic Service

Absolute pathetic service. NEVER make use of them. Seems like parcels that are sent to towns that is not serviced daily are chucked into a corner and forgotten about. Have been phoning them daily, every day a different lie. Can't believe they still exist. I am not the only person in Fort Beaufort complaining about this. Parcels are sent to wrong towns. Parcels are not being delivered. What more do I need to say. The service is absolutely shocking!!!
