Pathetic service

Pathetic service. Delivery took more than a week and when I made a call to the company, I was **** to by them saying that it is due to be delivered on the day. When I called again after five, I spoke the manager and he told me that I was lying and that they had no record of our first conversation. The call was dropped from their side and as we speak I am still holding to be helped. It has been 10min. Absolutely ridiculous! They worst service! Will also not purchase from any company that uses them as a courier!
