Pathetic service

I am more then extremely cheesed off with the service delivery recieved by dawn wing couriers as my client had ordered tegreen tablets from nuskin on black Friday the 27th of November and upon tracking her after 7days we quickly realized that her order was delivered to a complete stranger. A man unknown to any of us at her complex. After 4 calls to dawn wing and each call took more than 40mins of being places on hold and still not getting anyone to assist, I contacted dawn wing on Facebook and they responded. I got a call the next day 11th of December and was told they are waiting for information from the driver and the Cape town office. I requested the picture that the driver took of the person (brandon) who the package was delivered to and was told the picture is blurred out.....how convenient. It is now the last day of the year and the products are still not accounted for and hundreds of rands gone... I want this people to take responsibility for there actions and send my client a refund and her 3x tegreen tablets.
