Pathetic Service

I received an order from Cottton on with the incorrect items. The items with a receipt belonging to another customer was in the box however my name and address was on the way bill. I contacted the company and they said there's nothing that can be done because they don't package the order and confirmed that no other delivery was done in my area even though another address close to my home was written on the box in black pen. I was left to make several calls to fix this. Absolutely pathetic service.
