Pathetic Service

I ordered a watch online and they eventually sent it to Dawn Wing for Delivery. I tracked the parcel online and saw it was on delivery so I waited the whole day at home for the parcel. I then phoned (after 3 attempts as every time I got through they put the phone down) the following morning to be told I was not at home??? Not sure how that was possible as I was home the entire day with the front door wide open with my car in the front yard. I was then told the courier tried to phone me...another lie as I kept my phone with me at all times and had no missed call. Then when they phoned me they said don't I want to come collect the parcel....why would I when I just PAID you to deliver. I was told they could not deliver my parcel which was a Christmas present and had to wait until today...Lets see if I actually get the parcel as I have no faith in this useless company. No way will our company every use this Courier.
