Pathetic Service

Pathetic service from this company. I called yesterday 29th January 2019 to follow up on my parcel to their branch in Johannesburg. Lady there promised it would be delivered today 30th January 2019. I called 4 times today lady in this morning said it would be delivered by lunch time, 2nd lady said it would be delivered by 4, 3rd lady said it would be anytime between 12pm and 5pm, 4th lady said she is trying to get hold of someone and hung up and that was at 16:35pm. Her bag was probably packed and I was holding her up otherwise she was going to miss he taxi. Dawnwings manager/director will definately be hearing from me tomorrow and if they don't want to put me through I'll drive there I got the address. Never use this pathetic company rather go to DHL or FEDEX much better. I even think the post office has better service than these pathetic people.
