Pathetic Service

When will my parcel be delivered? It's been lying there since the 27 November and still hasn't been sent out 4 delivery I need my order delivered today as tomorrow I wont be able to receive it, and this was a gift for someone now its to late to give to the person. This is pathetic service, I've called spoke to a lady named Brenda said she would get a Oktavia to give me a call, guess what I'm still waiting. Never again will i use Dawn Wing or a company that uses you for their deliveries!!!!!! Tracking number VCL3078
