Your service is laughable and absolutely unacceptable! Twice now that delivery is scheduled and someone is home waiting for it, only for us to get a message that you couldn't deliver due to us not being available?! What utter *******! Get your act together. I want my parcel and I want it before Christmas 2020!

Your drivers don't even TRY deliver - they lie and then claim nobody available to deliver to. Disgusting that a company like UNDER ARMOUR makes use of an ***********, unreliable company like you!
