pathetic service

On the 31st/01/2020 i ordered an item online and was advised i would receive my product within 5 days.Still to date i haven't received anything i keep on calling they call center and be told i have to call dawn wing.i have made means 5 times to get my product still the call center keeps on lying and i spoke to Thando she promised my product will be delivered today.

little did i know she was just sweet talking to me and i spent over an hour with on the phone as she was busy getting my issue sorted.
