Pathetic ONX Service delivery

Diabetic parcel shipped onx on the 8th of April. We are now at the 13rd, the parcel travelled from JHB to PE then Cape Town, but it clearly states, Bloemfontein. Nobody can provide me with an answer, or get back to me.
