Pathetic!

Non existent customer service!! We are awaiting a parcel which was supposed to be delivered two days ago. On the day that the delivery was supposed to take place i received an sms saying parcel has been delivered. I tracked the parcel on the website and the name twho received it is not my name. I phoned them and no one knows where this parcel is, Every day i phone and each day i get told someone will get back to me, but surprise no one ever does. No one knows where my parcel is and no one can help me. I really do not know how they manage to run a business!
